The Nobility Indicator

THE NOBILITY INDICATOR
The Nobility Indicator is a simple abut effective means to disambiguate about Titles of Nobility
In the First Sector (I) we find Native Nobility, which is acquired by birth. This kind of nobility is unquestionable since it results from historic books and official archives. This mostly unreachable kind of Nobility cannot be achieved without coming from a pre-existing noble family (or spending millions of dollars)
The Second Sector (II) is the Nobility newly conferred (or restored) from Sovereign houses possessing the legal capacity to bestow honours (Fons Honorum also called Jus Honorum), exactly like the Institute’s Princely Houses. It is unquestionable because of the legal certification of the Fons Honorum of the Conceding Houses and because of the Legalizations of the Given Noble Title in front of competent Juridical Bodies (I.e: State Tribunals). It gives the legal possession of the title and its legitimate use in all private relations. Normally these titles are issued in reward of humanitarian efforts in favour of charitable endeavours.
The Third Sector (III) represents the false nobility. It is an illegitimate status since does not possess any legal requirement or legalization whatsoever.
Much better to avoid it, since normally brings only discredit to the bearer.
