PROCEDURE TO OBTAIN A LEGAL TITLE OF NOBILITY

FROM THE INTERNATIONAL HERALDIC INSTITUTE

The Title of Nobility conferred through our Institute are issued by donation to the philanthropic works of the issuing Princely Houses, since the Institute follows an ethical policy and is committed to sustain humanitarian goals.

Every Donation, being addressed for humanitarian purposes, provides a strong meritocratic character for the acquisition of a Noble Title, which, therefore is granted «for merit».

This proceeding also enriches the significance of the Title itself, its fungibility for the applicant Family through the Centuries and a valid moral reason of bestowal, since it is acquired “for Merit” in alignment of a genuine noble spirit of humanitarian commitment

PROCEDURE

Go to the “Application Form Section”

1) Download and compile the Form of Petition for Honors, insert the relevant Donation Proposal and attach your CV. Sign the Form also in the section GDPR (Privacy regulation)

2) Send teh Petition to the Grand Chancellery you will be notified in writings

3) The Letter Patent (Certificate of Concession) will be legalized (depending from the nationality of the applicant and/or the conceding Princely House), with a State Tribunal or the appropriate National Embassy and endowed with Apostille of Legalization according to Den Haag Convention of 05.10.1961, providing the full legal and diplomatic endorsement to the requested Title of Nobility.

4) A Certificate of Property of the acquired Noble Title, will be issued together with the Letter Patent, to proof the legal possession of such title, in favour of its bearer, automatically inheritable by the directs family descendants

5) The Title and its Legal Package, will be sent directly to your address in Official Ceremony or (for distant destinations) in an elegant envelope with Princely Seal, through DHL/UPS certifyed mail
