THE MOST SERENE HOUSE OF SAINT ANGEL OF THE PRINCES OF VALLEREGIA
The Most Serene House of St. Angel of the Princes of Valleregia is a Franco-Italian Sovereign House confirmed by eminent “Fons Honorum”, like the Byzantine Emperors and the Armenian Grand Dukes, at their turn recognized by the Popes and by the Savoy Italian Former reigning Dynasty.
The House of St. Angel of the Princes of Valelregia is also endowed with its own “Fons Honorum” (the Right to confer Nobility of II Level (see the section: Nobility indicator in this website) with the title of: Baron, Count, Marques, Duke or Prince, as sanctioned by a number of Italian Tribunals and duly puiblished on the Italian Administrative Regional Bulletin.
The Juridical Recognition of the Fons Honorum of the Most Serene House of St.Angel of the Princes of Valleregia has been performed also through civil judicial proceeding in the European Union and complies with the requisites of the Convention of Lugano (2007) for the recognition of their legal prerogatives in European Union.
Every title renewed, recognized, confirmed or granted ex-novo by the Most Serene House of St. Angel of the Princes of Valleregia is legal since is issued through a solid Fons honorum, legally recognized by Civil Judgment in accordance with Articles 32, 33 and 36 of the Lugano Convention of 30 October 2007 on the Jurisdiction and the Enforcement of Judgments Decisions in Civil matters
Any Titles acquired through the Sovereign House is duly legalized by a State Tribunal, endowed with Apostille, according to the Hague Convention of 05 October 1961
Noble Titles renewed, recognized, confirmed or granted ex-novo by the Most Serene House of St. Angel of the Princes of Valleregia can be legally used in all European Union (and the rest of the World) for augmenting the social prestige and the social inclusion of the applicant.
