Goals and Purposes

The Institute is specialized in concessions, confirmations and renovations of Legal Titles of Nobility, juridically issued by the Princely House of Kiev Tchernigov and Karatcev

In this view the Institute links some eminent Princely Houses, once reigning on the aforementioned territories, which may concede new Noble Titles or restore ancient Titles predicates and/or bestow unclaimed predicates, linked to their respective territories

They are very ancient dynasties, carefully selected in force of their Fons Honorum (the right to confer Titles and honors) which has been duly ascertained by civil judicial proceeding in the European Union and complies with the requisites of the Convention of Lugano (2007) for the recognition of their legal prerogatives in European Union

This the case of the House of the Princes of Kiev,Tchernigov and Karatchev covering a very vast territory from Ukraine, Russia and Belarus to Czech Republic, the Princely House of Yerevan (Armenia) the Princely and Grand-Ducal House of Volhynia, Galicia and Lodomeria,  Ruthenia, across of Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine, The Grand Ducal House of Ruthenia, across Ukraine, and Slovakia the Gran-ducal House of Carpathia, comprising Poland Slovakia Ukraine, Romania and Ukraine.

The Fons Honorum (legal capacity to issue titles of Nobility) of the Princely Houses linked to the International Institute of Heraldry (IIH) has been ascertained by judiciary civil proceedings in accordance with European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) No.1215/2012 -Chapter III, Article 36 on jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement of judgments on civil and commercial matters, in adherence to the provisions of Articles 25) and 26) of the Brussels Convention of 27 September 1968 and of Articles 32), 33) and 36) of the Lugano Convention of 30 October 2007 on Jurisdiction and the Enforcement of Judgments in Civil and commercial matters

The European Executive Title obtained in establishing the legitimacy of the full and exclusive propriety on the historical heritage of the aforementioned Houses provides the guarantee that this characteristic of full and absolute legality of the Titles obtained through the International Institute of heraldry in all Members Countries of the European Union

Every title renewed, recognized, confirmed or granted ex-novo is perfectly legal since it is issued through Sovereign Houses possessing impeccable Fons honorum, legally recognized by a civil judgment in accordance with Articles 32, 33 and 36 of the Lugano Convention of 30 October 2007 on Jurisdiction and the Enforcement of Judgments Decisions in civil and commercial matters and each title is duly legalized by the Embassy or by the State Tribunal, with Apostille according to the Hague Convention of 06.01.1958

Another principal noticeable goal of the Institute is to sustain humanitarian actions, since humanitarian aid is, and has always been, the most important connotation of nobility and therefore consistently work for a constant sustain of Humanitarian activities of its prestigious Partners.
